Inlet manifold, Lambretta TS1, with flange rubber, Dellorto PHBH, Race-Tour MB
New style inlet manifold from MB Scooters.
Uses a flange type rubber to increase panel clearance and facilitate the use of different types of carburettors.
The manifold has a slight recess on the reed block surface for improved frame clearance.
Kit comprises:-
- Inlet manifold, MB
- Flange type rubber to suit Dellorto PHBH and VHSH carburettors, also PWK type carburettors, MB
- Jubilee clip
- Inlet gasket, MB
- All fasteneners
Advantages are;
- Lifts the carb giving greater panel clearance and aids fitting a air filter
- Lifting the carb gives great cable clearance for gears/clutch/rear brake
- Lifting the carb means better fuel pipe clearance
- Easier to get to air and idle screws
TIP - Seal the gaskets and rubber and underneath the allen bolt head to prevent air leaks
WARNING - These fit perfect with standard tanks, they may not fit with aftermarket tanks
TIP; Always fit a carb dry, if youre jetting in the bike and constantly removing the carb - wipe clean and dry the rubber and the carb. Always use wide jubilee clips! Tighten just so the carb doesnt move side to side by hand to prevent rubbers slitting. Always carry a spare and if you can bond some rubber onto the cowling to support the carb.

- The manifold is made with a round hole to suit directly into V Force reed bloocks which give the best power
- We have reed stuffers for Genuine Yamaha and Bgm reed assemblys so they fit perfect into the round hole
- If using a square hole reed assembly they can easily be modified to suit but should flow quicker with out the mods
- The recess design means you should not need off set cones in the frame to give frame - manifold clearance
- We offer 3 carb rubbers 1) PHBL 22-25mm has a step inside the manifold 2) PHBH 26-30mm has astep inside the manifold 3) Mikuni 35mm fits flush to the manifold
