Fitting of exhaust very easy. With the slotted bracket to allow adjustments where necessary for fitment and the standard look when fitted
It's been said already; best all round exhaust system currently available. Absolutely love it.
I've had versions 2 3 and 4 now. Transformed my latest rt195 build. Best quality performance and looks money can buy imho.

The big box arrived very promptly and looks like a quality bit of kit. Due to other pressures I have not yet fitted it but the amount of adjustability available should make this very easy

Will this be a better option making power lower in the rev range."

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Will leak if the engine is over jetted or only started and stopped flooding up the exhaust, a good run usually cures it if not some exhaust paste

If I fitted this exhaust to my standard Jet 200 engine, would it be necessary to change the standard SH1/20 carb jetting in any way, running on the standard Spanish air filter.

Mick K on 01 Nov 2020 asked "Hi Ive got one of these exhausts,I can see where the springs go between the bend and the box but where do they attach on the stub I can see brackets on the bend near to the stub but none on the stub itself.

MB Scooters Ltd replied: When I tested them, the noise went up and the power dropped, so Im happy to leave them as they are and have had no issues with engines.
