Lambretta Inlet manifold carb mounting rubber, Dellorto VHSA, Mikuni 35mm TMX, 28-34mm Amal, MB

This Mark Broadhurst redesigned, improved and strengthened Viton carb mounting rubber suits all Mikuni 32-35mm, Dellorto 30 - 32mm VHSA and Amal 28-34mm carbs.

Comes with MB marked on it.

This suits manifolds with a spigot outside diameter of 40mm and comes with 2 lips both side.

The rubber measures 32mm in length.

Can come in Black or Brown depending on stock.

TIPS:

Make sure both inlet manifold and carb are clean and dry before fitting
Always use the wide type Jubilee clips
Do not over tighten the clips
Always carry a spare
Regularly lightly twist the carb to check for splits
Support the base of the carb against the cowl to hold the weight of the carb
If using a Mikuni TMX carb always use the spacer ring in the rubber on the carb side to stop rubbers breaking MRB0854

It's a high quality carb mount rubber for Mikuni TMX 35. It's a perfect fit, the internal ridge prevents the carb from touching the manifold and lets you know it's "home" when putting your carb back on after servicing it. As with any rubber spares critical to the operation of the engine, I ordered two and keep one as a spare. It's still in my tool roll.

Great product, excellent neat fit. It appears to be more supportive to the weight of the carb, also 4mm shorter giving a little more panel clearance. I ordered one replacement and one spare all delivered in 24hrs cheers guys great service...

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Sorry we do not do a rubber which steps down froma an Amal to 30 Dellorto, there is a rubber around but the feed back is they break easy.
