This set of three MB mag housing gaskets which come in 3 thicknesses 0.5mm (standard) 1.00mm and 1.5mm.

All engines vary especially new rebuilds, engines thats been machined after welding, cranks vary in width, casings and mag housings vary, so you never know what gap you will get between the crank and mag housing on assembly.

This gap should be 0.5 - 1mm to be safe.

James M on 15 Oct 2018 asked "It states a minimum of 0.5 clearance between the crank web and main oil seal plate. Mine is 1mm. Will that cause me any problems? Thanks, Jim"

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Anywhere between 0.5 - 1.00mm is fine. Usually erring towards 1mm is best
