Lambretta Race-Tour Inlet manifold carb mounting rubber, Dellorto PHBH, VHSH 30, PWK 24-30mm, Viton, MB

This Mark Broadhurst redesigned, improved and strengthened Viton carb mounting rubber suits all Dellorto 26 - 30mm PHBH, 30mm VHSA carbs.

Also fits the PWK type carbs from BGM, Stage6, Koso, OKO

You will need this clip: MBFJC30*45ZC

Comes marked with MB.

Fits carb spigot 35mm and comes with a single lip both sides.

The rubber measures 32mm in length.

Can come in Black or Brown depending on stock.

TIPS:

1. Make sure both inlet manifold and carb are clean and dry before fitting
2. Always use the wide type Jubilee clips
3. Do not over tighten the clips
4. Always carry a spare
5. Regularly lightly twist the carb to check for splits<
6. Support the base of the carb against the cowl to hold the weight of the carb

fits like a glove,looks solid and feels solid,got mine fitted to a pwk manifold and is not an issue, slightly shorter than the normal but as i said no issues.

Purchased two of these for my Gran Turismo kit after my rubber split. They're brown in colour so I think are viton and are a nice, firm rubber. They fit very nice with a slim outside diameter which helps in this cramped area.

slightly shorter than a mallossi or dellorto carb rubber, best fit to grooves on carb and manifold of any available and mounts very solid, plus it wont turn to plasticine when soaked in hot ethanol and petrol unlike some do..buy it, i did and im happy

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Sounds like a badly machined inlet manifold which is a common problem. Our rubbers are made perfect for the carb sizes

MB Scooters Ltd replied: It doesn't matter either way. It will be easier once fitted to remove the carb from the rubber and leave the rubber on the inlet manifold.
