Would I see any performance improvement by fitting one of these to a standard SX150?

Our feed back has been up to 4bhp increase, so yes its a big advantage

Would this be a better choice than my current JL3. My set is an SX150 with a Mugello 186 kit and a 28 mm dellorto( open mouth) The power is far too high up the rev range for me. Many thanks,

These have nice smooth power from tickover to 7000+rpm

Do these have the latest larger tailpipe, would be fitted to TS1

They don't come with a larger tail pipe, same one on all production to our knowledge

Hi, just wondering if the tail pipe was removed and a larger diameter tail pipe was added in its place, would there be any drop off in performance or an increase in noise?

When I tested them, the noise went up and the power dropped, so Im happy to leave them as they are and have had no issues with engines.

Hi, I have a standard 1982 Serveta Jet 200, Serie 80 model. If I fitted this exhaust to my standard Jet 200 engine, would it be necessary to change the standard SH1/20 carb jetting in any way, running on the standard Spanish air filter. Thanks.

Yes you would have to alter the jetting a little bit.

I have a casa performance ss200 kit that has all its power at 5500rpm upwards, would this make a more rideable around town touring bike?

It should but really its the design of the kit doing it.

I am fitting to a GT 186 KIT on a Spanish S3. In the kit there are 6 springs, 2 are shorter than the other 4. Which springs do I use. Thanks.

Use which ever is tight without been over stretched

Hi Ive got one of these exhausts,I can see where the springs go between the bend and the box but where do they attach on the stub I can see brackets on the bend near to the stub but none on the stub itself. Cheers,Mick.

Small holes in the exhaust flange

Hi,I have fitted this exhaust onto an RR195 kit and all seems well except I have noticed oil leaking at the joint between the stub and the U bend. Is this normal?

Will leak if the engine is over jetted or only started and stopped flooding up the exhaust, a good run usually cures it if not some exhaust paste

Do you have a oval exhaust stub only ..4 hole fixing..if so what price please..

This is the part number MBGM0389

Running scootopia 185 kit with 22 m carb through opened up airbox any jetting recomemdations ,thanks in advance .

Setting up - running instructions - jetting can be found here https://mbtechsite.co.uk/portfolio-items/engine-tech-mb-engine-setting-up-1/

Do you do an oval exhaust stub 2 hole fixing for GP barrel, I can only see 4 hole in your listings. Thank you

The bgm stubs are 4 hole, if you want a 2 hole then only use 2 studs

Would there be much improvement over standard Indian clubman/200 indian cast barrel engine running 22mm carb ? Cheers Lee👍

Yes the bgm is much improved over the Indian big box
