Hi, I have purchased a crank shaft off you the 58 x 110 full circle bgm, but I want to fit this to my mugello 200 cylinder, I know this conrod is 3 mm longer than the standard I've got, which is 58x107 mm, what adjustment will i have to make to fit this? Many thanks Graham.

In theory a 3mm packer, but this would depend on the machined height of your casing, so a 2.5 or 3.5mm could be required

As this is full circle, would it still be suitable to fit to a standard GP200 without reeds?

It should be fine or look at this version which is not full circle MBL1623

What is the purpose of the longer than standard con rod?

It allows you to fit any cylinder and set up port timings and perfect squish clearance. Plus an improved con rod and bearings

New quality crankshaft from bgm.

Full circle 58mm stroke with Yamaha 110mm con-rod fitted.

The crank is fully balanced to reduce engine vibration with tungsten weights.

Also comes with a INA standard sized small end bearing at 20mm to suit different pistons.
