Lambretta Gear box selector arm, GP, Casa, with stud conversion

This is a GP selector arm made by Casa Lambretta

The standard Li-style two-piece selector arm is much weaker, so upgrading to the one-piece GP arm is a massive improvement. However, it still relies on the small circlip to retain the selector, and if that comes loose, it can cause problems.

Our solution is to drill and tap the arm so we can fit a stud and Nyloc nut instead. It's a much more secure fixing, giving you extra peace of mind and improved reliability

TIP:

• Grease the stud before fitting the tie bar 
• Fit the plain washer then the nyloc nut, tighten the nut tight 
• Then undo 1/8 of the turn so the tie bar can move.
