I have a question about "Fork spring compressing tool, MRB" Is this for series 3 TV? and does it come with wing nuts to fix onto forks? Cheers.

Yes it works with the TV 3 , it doesn't come with wing nuts we use a rod or screw driver it's easier.

if you put a rod or screwdriver through it how do you get the fork link out?

It's very easy I've been doing it for 30 years, bit hard to explain in a quick answer. Just a bit of pulling, pushing and wiggling.

If everything is loose then no tool, if everything is new and tight then I always use the tool to make life easy

They come with 2 wing nut screws fitted

Tool Fork spring and rear shock compressing, MB

This tool is designed and made by MB Scooters, loosely based on the genuine Innocenti item but with improvements.

Its designed to safely and easily help you compress the fork springs while you remove/refit the fork links for a fork overhaul.

The screws now lock into the forks with no wobble and allows the fork link to come free out of the forks with no messing.

The handle has been knurled to help grip with greasy hands.

It can also be used to compress the rear shock absorber if you are dismantling that.
