A stainless steel stepped 7mm to 6mm oversized stud to repair a damaged crankcase side tailpipe 6mm thread.

If the thread has gone you could fit a Timesert or helicoil, these cost money, here is a simple way to repair the casing.

Drill the hole to 6.1mm then tap out the casing to 7 x 1.00mm to the correct depth then loctite and screw the stud into place.
