The Silver finish is a anti rust zinc plating, if you remove it the pedal will rust. You can paint, epoxy coat or chrome plate them if you want

Remade MB Series 3 rear brake pedal.

Made from high strength rust resistant steel (some may come painted in Silver).

Slightly modified to put a greater force on the rear brake shoes making the rear brake better.
