The diagram shows two washers + one o ring when using the GP selector. Does one washer go between the engine casing and GP selector and the other where the wishbone meets the inside engine casing?

Before the selector is fitted, a shim goes on, then an O ring, then fit the arm and the other shim goes between the wishbone and casing
