Casa Performance flat sided main engine bolt & offset cones set, fits all models

This Casa Performance kit includes a precision-machined flat-sided engine bolt, a pair of offset frame cones, two washers and a Nyloc nut.

Offset cones are designed for large-frame Lambrettas, where clearance between the inlet manifold and frame tube can be very limited. By lowering the engine slightly, they create additional clearance, helping to prevent contact, vibration and potential manifold damage.

The Casa Performance cones are the wider Series 3 type and are designed to work with Series 3 engine mounts. The precision-machined engine bolt provides an accurate fit through the engine mounts, while the matching flat on the bolt and inside the cones locks everything together to prevent the cones from rotating during installation or use. This keeps the engine correctly aligned once adjusted.

To install, fit the bolt and cones loosely, rotate the assembly until the desired clearance is achieved, then tighten everything securely.

Important: Fit the offset cones with the slots facing directly upwards.

A simple but highly effective upgrade for Lambrettas running reed valve conversions where additional manifold clearance is required.
