Is this Indian or Italian fitment please?

These are Indian made but also fit Italian frames

Does the split pin just go through and then bent back. Just checking as my flap was missing whin I bought my GP150 (Indian) model

Originally they used a tube but these caps come with a split pin which yes open the end a bit to stop it coming out
