Lambretta Cylinder kit, RT195/200, Reed tuned with MB Shorty Reed assembly, PHBH, Race-Tour MBgm

PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE TUNED TO ORDER AND TAKE ON AVERAGE 4-6 WEEKS BEFORE DISPATCHING

MB Reed Tuned Race-Tour package, the same as the popular piston port version but with all the added improvemnts of having a Reed valve tune and Reed assembly.

The reed tune transforms a piston ported RT cylinder, lifting power across the rev range making a smoother more powerful engine. You need less revs to set off, tickover and jetting is improved as is fuel economy.

This is what is involved

• Inlet Reed manifold bolted to the cylinder and perfectly matched, flowed and polish to the inlet port
• Inlet port is matched, opened and flowed to work with the reed assembly
• A boost port is cut above the inlet port
• Exhaust ports are reworked to suit 58/60mm crankshafts
• Transfers are altered as they go into the cylinder and flowed
• Transfer feeds are flowed
• Cylnder is light honed afterwards
• Cylinder is ultra sonic cleaned
• Piston to bore clearance is matched
