| Repair washers are like plain washers but have a bigger diameter so they are ideal for using to repair holes in bodywork where you can't weld them up and sort them out properly. Any sizes refer to the internal and external diameters of the washer. |

| Spring washers are used behind plain nuts to stop them from vibrating loose. If you are using them on an aluminium or painted item we would recommend using a plain washer as well as the spring washer can damage the surface. |
