After 2 years lying on my garage, fitted one yesterday. Amazing, top product. I had read reviews of how difficult it was making gearchanges, but didn't find it hard at all. It gives a real positive feeling. It replaced a standard one, using a good condition sliding dog,not worn. From now on,I'll only use this type.

Phil on 05 Feb 2021 asked "Hi Mark How much stronger in % is the uprated spring compared to innocenti original? Or how much N/mm ? Innocenti Original has 1.6N/mm THX 4 the help !"

MB Scooters Ltd replied: They are much stronger I cant remember the percentage. Id guess 30% stronger but old springs are difficult to compare to. Been selling these for many years and are perfect with nylon cables.

Paulkelly on 16 Jul 2015 asked "just had spring and balls delivered Springs is shorter than original but stronger spring is this correct What's the best way to assemble without balls flying all over the place Is there a tool or special technique to assemble Thanks "

MB Scooters Ltd replied: That's correct. Just a case of fit a ball then the spring then hold the last ball in place with one hand, then compress them and slide on the selector. Dead easy.

Robert on 01 Jul 2014 asked "Hi, Is this spring the same size as the standard spring please? Thanks"

MB Scooters Ltd replied: Yes basically the same in length but stronger
