Lambretta Race-Tour Inlet manifold, small block, rubber mounted, Dellorto PHBH, PWK 24-30mm, MB

This manifold is for fitting a rubber mounted 28 or 30mm PHBH type carburettor to a 125/150/175cc cast/alloy type cylinders (not RT)

It comes with a special MB long stainless steel bolt to replace the long inlet stud otherwise it is very hard to fit the manifold without dropping the engine.

Fits all 125/150/175cc cylinders a proven product and design from MB.

If you would wish to use this on a 125/ 150/ 175/ 190 etc and use either a Mikuni TMX 35 or VHSH 30-32 or Amal 28-32mm then use stepped rubber MBP0327 for this to fit and work.

Tips

Either use an inlet gasket or Silicone sealer to seal the manifold.
Match the inlet manifold to inlet port and inlet port to inlet manifold for better results.
Tighten inlet screws together
On some cylinders the manifold my need filing to clear some fins above the inlet port
Cowling may need modifying to clear the manifold

Shaun D on 16 Oct 2020 asked "Mark, why is this manifold unsuitable for the RT kit? Currently working on a mates RT with the shorty manifold but with the carb vertical the brass nut/main jet is rubbing on the head cowling. "

MB Scooters Ltd replied: The RT kits use large block stud patterns on the inlet, this is a small block so does not fit

MB Scooters Ltd replied: It depends on which Mugello it is, check the manifold studs first before ordering as they are made with small and large block stud spacings
