Mark j on 24 Jun 2008 asked "I have a 62-63 Series 3 Lambretta i want to convert it to 12v. It has a battery, will this loom be ok to fit to 12v system without using the original junction box. Also do you sell the correct 12v system"
MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: If you get the 12volt electronic system you don't require this loom as it does not use a battery.
We do the electronic ignition which is strengthened and modified and ours comes with a loom.
But we only do a GP type as they are stronger which means you need to convert to a GP crank which vary in price from around ?60 - ?300 You would need bearings and seals which all cost.
