Weld cam to strenghten Indian electronic flywheel


Indian electronic flywheels are machined wrong in the factory, the problem is the cam is machined to a sharp 90 degree edge.

This sharp edge tends to shear, over the years MRB have tried different ways to weld and strengthen the cam.

Once the cam is strengthened the cam shears the flywheel cam shears the rivets.

We also weld the cam to the flywheel to prevent this.

TIP! When ever you replace an electrical ignition part always strobe and check timing is correct.
