When we decided to remake this item we looked closely at the original straight version.

We used to find that the original ones could move around and lift up fouling the flywheel.

So we redesigned them with the curve on and found that they sit in place much better.

A design that should have been right in the first place, as usual left to Mark to sort out, now made in stainless steel.		 Stator plate clamp, MRB

Sensibly redesigned by MB developments, made in stainless and even polished & etched with a logo. A lot of effort put into an item you'll never see when using a Lambretta normally. Usual extra attention to detail guy's, spot on !
