Lighten electronic flywheel to approximatley 2kg, this is LABOUR only


This is the labour only to machine the flywheels weight.

Designed many years ago to improve the Lambretta engine.

The advantages are a quicker throttle response and increased horse power.

NOTE, this is just the LABOUR to lighten a flywheel - either we can supply one new or you send us yours.

TIP! When ever you replace an electrical ignition part always strobe and check timing is correct.

Sent my loose riveted SIL flywheel off to MB for repair - weld up and lighten. Got a call the next day to say everything was done and would be in the post that night, arrived next day and was back on the road in 48hrs. RPM pick up now improved but most satisfying is it's remedied the horrible rattle on tickover. Conclusion - a great no fuss service.

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: This is the labour price to lighten a flywheel, we can do yours if you supply it or this price can be added to the price of a new one.
