Cylinder packing plate 200-225, 4.00mm, MRB


A high quality MRB laser cut aluminium packing plate for 200cc type casings.

It is 4mm thick.

Ideal for use with cranks with 110mm long conrods or to get your squish clearance/port timings right.

There is a large variation in casing height (the distance between an imaginary line running through the middle of your crankshaft and the base gasket surface) especially on Indian casings so this gasket may help you get round that.

It includes extra area to allow for big welded up race type transfer ports.

You can also use two of these pack plates to make 8mm if you are using a 115mm or 116mm rod with a barrel that has been shortened to use with a 107mm rod.		 Cylinder packing plate 200-225, 4.00mm, MRB

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: The difference between a standard rod and TV rod is 9mm, so 4 + 4 + 1mm and seal them with silicone or make one. We do not keep these any more, you will also need our longer studs MRB0328K
