Carb inlet manifold for rubber mounted 25mm Dellortos and 24mm Mikuni TMX, 125 - 190, MRB


We consider the remade 22mm SH carburetors, made by Jetex or Spaco, to be such poor quality that we do not recommend them.

However, the trend is still to keep Lambrettas looking standard so we came across a modern rubber mounted Dellorto that can be used with the standard type Lambretta air boxes.

This manifold will let you fit a rubber mounted 25mm PHBL Dellorto, 24mm Mikuni TMX carburetor onto a 150cc type cast cylinder (SR 175 and 190 kit, Race-Tour, Mugello or Original 125/150/175 barrel).

It comes with a stainless steel long bolt to replace the long inlet stud, otherwise it is very hard to fit the manifold without dropping the engine.

They also fit the Mikuni and PWK carbs.

Tips

  • Either use an inlet gasket or Silicone sealer to seal the manifold.
  • Match the inlet manifold to inlet port and inlet port to inlet manifold for better results.
  • Tighten inlet screws together.

MB Group, Serious Outdoors Ltd replied: Yes this is the correct manifold for the Mikuni 24mm.

It uses the small Dellorto mounting rubber MBU0085
