This manifold was designed by us after we were having a lot of trouble with standard TS1 manifolds fouling the frame. People also complained they had to cut a hole in their panel to get their carburettor to fit.

To solve the problem we made a whole new manifold which offers better frame clearance and is designed to make sure your carburettor fits under your side panel (on an Amal carburettor you still have to have a hole for the fuel banjo). It was also designed to replace the rubber type Imola manifold after we heard a lot of reports of people having them splitting. This manifold fits any TS1 cylinder (or Imola/Monza with slight modification) and fits 28-30mm PHBH Dellorto, 28mm VHSA Dellorto, 30mm VHSH Dellorto and some of the smaller Keihin and TMX Mikuni carburettors. It comes with an inlet gasket and 2 sets on fasteners to fit it with or without a reed packplate.

If you are fitting this manifold with the standard TS1 reedblock you will need to cut a small notch in the part that fits inside the reedblock. If you are fitting it to an Imola/Monza you would need to remove the two "fingers" completely.

The spigot size of the manifold is 35mm. This item is kept in stock and will normally be sent immediately.
