Click image for a closer look		 Now that we have our new race-tour pistons available we have remixed the popular factory tuned stage 4 200cc kit to include the new piston. This version of the kit includes the cylinder bored out to 68mm, an Indian head reprofiled to suit, all the studs, gaskets, nuts and washers and the racetour piston. This kit still has 6 oversizes available so it is possible to get many years use from this kit as the cylinders are very hard wearing. We recommend our 25, 28 or 30mm Dellorto carburettor kits with either a Clubman or our Dev-Tour stainless exhaust. These kits produce between 16 - 23HP.

What is the thickness of rings and the mark of the piston? I think this is a good kit, cause I'm afraid to buy a Rapido kit and I hope to find a good alternative to him. Thanks for your help! Alex"

Mark replied: These factory kits fit straight onto crankshafts with 107mm conrods or cranks using 110mm conrods and cylinder packers. All our factory kits use MBD Race-Tour 66 - 70mm pistons that use 1mm wire rings.
