Click image for a closer look		 We take a Gran Turismo 190cc cylinder and piston, add one of our reprofile cylinder heads, all necessary studs, gaskets nuts and washers. We then flow the inlet manifold. The Gran Turismo kit is a British made cast Iron cylinder that uses a top quality Japanese type piston. It uses reed induction which gives better low down torque. This version uses a manifold that puts your carburettor on the kick-start side of the scooter so you would need to remove the battery tray from your scooter if one was fitted. It is designed to be used with 28-30mm Dellorto carburettors. It is more powerful than the version that runs through the air box. The smaller inlet manifold is available separately if required.

1 Mark on 28 Oct 2008 asked "I have a question about "GT 190 cylinder kit (Barrel, piston, 30mm inlet and head)" does this kit fit a standard 107mm crank ? if so what sort of power/torque should i expect regards Mark"

Mark replied: This kit is designed to go straight on a crank with 107mm con rods. We have seen 17 - 21 horse power on our dynos with different exhausts and state of tunes.
