This is a 225cc TS1 cylinder kit. We take a standard TS1 cylinder and perform the touring machining conversion to bring the power down the rev range. We add a Yamaha type reed block and a reprofile Indian cylinder head. The kit includes all gaskets, studs nuts and washers for the kit. This kit does not include the piston (as you have the choice of a standard piston or one of our racetour pistons) and it also does not include the inlet manifold (as there is a choice of three manifolds depending on which carburettor you are using). |

| Mark replied: Sorry we are relyant on AF Rayspeed to supply the cylinders, at the moment we have no supply news. At the moment we can offer blank Monza conversions but these need alot of work and cost more. |

| Mark replied: This is an oldish kit and as there are no TS1 cylinders around we can not offer it at the moment.
Basically we supply better parts, these cost more.
The kit shown uses a Yamaha reed valve which is really reliable, we use our reed packing plate which spacers the reeds away from the boost port.
We use our high tensile cylinder stud kit with our own gaskets.
This kit has the cylinder base machined to suit a low down power spread.
We supply a new head which is re-profiled to suit the Lambretta piston which is safe with unleaded fuel.
All this adds up, Im afraid.
AF don't offer these extra quality parts with their kits.
We can offer all the parts to improve your TS1 engine except at the moment the cylinder.
