Click image for a closer look		 This is one of our forged racetour type pistons, suitable for reed induction type Lambretta cylinders (i.e. not piston ported). It provides Japanese quality without the additional expense of having to change your conrod - it is designed to work with a 107mm Lambretta conrod. The piston kit comprises the piston, a pair of rings, a pair of piston circlips and a gudgeon. It will fit an Imola cylinder. You should find the grade marking on the top of your cylinder (A, B, C or D) and use the matching grade piston.

1 Linda M on 24 Jun 2008 asked "My son has asked me to find out if this is the piston you have developed to overcome the problem with cracking experienced with the Imola piston. He needs a piston for his Lambretta LI, which had an Imola 185 cc piston which has cracked. It is for a Grade 'A' cylinder "

Mark replied: Your correct, we have developed our piston to suit every Lambretta style engine and the main advantage is they do not crack. To date I have never seen one of our pistons cracked and we have sold hundreds and have fitted them to engines twice as powerful as the Imola.
