Click image for a closer look		 The original brass version of these item has long been unavailable and the only alternative were the Indian plastic version which would often shear off leaving you with a bit of plastic stuck in your hub. So we got our last brass one and copied it in stainless steel. It is threaded at both ends, one end to go into the hub and the other end for your speedo cable to attach to. It's a shame you don't see it when it's fitted but it should last longer than your scooter.
