1. Rapido

| The Rapido kit from AF Rayspeed has been out since early 2001. The first version, in our opinion, was overtuned and generally unsuitable for most people. There is a newer version, the 'Rapido classic' which has been improved by being de-tuned slightly. It is still not without its problems but we have included it here for comparison. We can further improve the kit using Japanese pistons or even our racetour pistons but you are getting away from what the kit was supposed to have been - an economical bolt on kit. For the money you are probably better off looking at a stage 4 factory kit or a TS1. |

2. Mugello Big Block

| New from the Tino Sacchi Imola stable is the Mugello kit. All the benefits of the alloy cylinder and nicasil liner that the Imola has but the inlet and exhaust ports are based on the standard "cast" type so you can keep your standard set-up. This version fits on 200cc type engine casings and offers a lot of scope for tuning options. |

3. TS1

| The TS1 cylinder kit has been available for about 17 years now and is more popular than ever. We offer a full range of tuning options for the kit as well as some very exotic 230 and 240cc conversions. The TS1 kit is very demanding on your engine so you can't get away with cutting any corners when you build your engine. Because the carburettor is situated on the "wrong" side of the scooter to normal this means that the battery tray has to be removed (if one is fitted). |

4. Factory Tuned 200

| The term "Factory tuned stage 4 200 kit" was coined by Mark Broadhurst of MRB, after he investigated why Indian GP200's were faster than their Italian counterparts. Basically, the Indians had got hold of a stage 4 tuned barrel and had copied it when making their barrels. The result is a barrel that is nearly a stage 4 equivalent and represents excellent value for money. The barrels are VERY hard wearing (which is represented in the extra prices when we tune them - hard work!) which means they last very well. |
